The Big Secret To Success In Children’s Ministry

Recruiting / Volunteers //

What is the secret to success in Children’s Ministry?

Is it the ability to teach dynamic lessons?

Is it the ability to connect with parents?

Is it the ability to create engaging programs?

Is it the ability to pull of big events?

All of these are good to have in your tool belt, but I do not believe they are the secret to success in Children’s Ministry.

I believe the secret to success in Children’s Ministry is the ability to build volunteer teams.

The success of your Children’s Ministry rises and falls on the strength of the volunteer team you build.

Show me a strong volunteer team and I will show you a successful Children’s Ministry.

It’s not what you can do…it’s what you can empower others to do.

Put your time, effort, and energy into enlisting, equipping, and empowering leaders.

Sometimes it seems the most important thing you need to do is the most challenging thing you need to do.  But you can do it.  Check out this post for some help.
