How to Keep Your Kids Safe Online

The Internet can be a great tool for your family. Our kids have access to resources that are unprecedented. There’s a dangerous side to the Internet and we need to be wise about how we use it. We need to protect our kids.

There are 5 areas that the enemy (Satan) will attack your family through the Internet:

  1. Pornography
  2. Dangerous contacts
  3. Too much information
  4. Internet overdose
  5. Cyber-bullying

So, how do you keep your family safe online?

  1. Discuss online dangers
  2. Install a safety filter on your computers
  3. Keep the computer in a common area
  4. Bookmark approved sites
  5. Set time limits
  6. Check their history

“Don’t wait until something happens to your children. Be proactive about protecting your children from the dangers online.”
